There’s nothing quite like fall. After a very sunny summer, the cool air settles in, the gardens are gradually put to rest, and the experience moves indoors to the dining room, where the fireplace keeps us warm. Our chefs’ plates carry the same mood: richer and warmer, yet just as fresh and bright.
The fall experience at Espace Old Mill begins with a tour of the greenhouse, and of the gardens when the weather allows, so please dress accordingly.
Afterwards, we invite you to take your seat in the dining room for our five-course menu, with the option of adding a wine pairing or a non-alcoholic pairing.
